The common ones are semicircular head, small flat head, countersunk head bolt, pull rivet and hollow bolt. This kind of connection is usually made full use of deformation to connect the riveted parts (cold riveting is used for those less than 8mm, and hot riveting is used for those exceeding it). However, there are exceptions. For example, the factory name plate on the three ring lock is riveted by the interference between the bolt and the lock cylinder hole. Semi countersunk head bolt and 1200 semi countersunk head bolt are used for waterproof lantern rivet. The surface of rivet must be smooth, and the riveting place is not big with load. Flat head and flat round head bolts are mainly used for riveting places of non-metallic materials such as metal plates or leather products, white canvas, wood and so on. Large flat head bolt is used for riveting place of non-metallic material. Half space central bolt is used for riveting place with small load. The key point of headless bolt is the riveting place of non-metallic material. Hollow bolt is light in weight and weak in head, so it is used for riveting place of nonmetal material with small load. Tubular bolt is used for non-metallic riveting place without load. The key of the sign plate bolt is to rivet the factory name plate on the equipment, machinery and equipment. Rivet is a kind of single and double-sided riveting bolts, but it must be riveted by using common tools such as manual riveting gun, electric riveting gun and manual riveting gun. This kind of bolt is very suitable for riveting places where ordinary bolts (which must be riveted from both sides) are troublesome, so they are widely used in engineering construction, cars, ships, airports, automobile stainless steel riveting equipment, household appliances, furniture and other commodities. Among them, the open type flat round head rivet is the most widely used. The countersunk head rivet is suitable for the riveting place which must be smooth. The closed rivet is applicable to the riveting place with higher load and certain sealing characteristics. Core punching bolt is another kind of single and double-sided riveting bolts. When riveting, hammer the exposed core on the top of the bolt head to make it flush with the inner hole of the rivet head, that is to say, the actual operation of riveting is quite convenient. It is very suitable for riveting places where ordinary bolts (riveting must be carried out from both sides) or rivets (lack of riveting gun) are troublesome. In general, flat round head core riveting is used, and countersunk head core punching bolts are suitable for riveting places where the surface must be smooth.
